Augmenting and accelerating UX with cognitive technology
When technology is no longer a differentiator on its own, user experience becomes the discipline that brings it together with business outcome to create the experiences customers, employees and partners expect. In the current wave of augmented intelligence, machines are helping us enhance and scale all of these experiences and companies delivering them on the right channel, at the right time, with the right message. I will show some of the approaches and work we're doing in which UX becomes the common thread that brings all of these together.
